Employment Law Developments

It has been a busy couple of weeks in employment law with new regulations from the FTC, DOL, and EEOC, plus a new Supreme Court opinion on discrimination. Hand Arendall Harrison Sale prepared an Employment Law Alert covering these updates, which include:
