Berkley Company, and can be obtained by submitting a completed Acord application. Midwest Employers Casualty Company has an A.M. Best Rating of A+ (Superior) and a Financial Size Category of XV.

CompTrustAGC understands that some construction projects may need coverage under the United States Longshore & Harbor Workers Act due to the nature of our work and location. CompTRUST AGC can secure USL&H coverage for our Fund Members through our partnership with American Equity Underwriters. Please submit a completed Acord application to receive a quote for USL&H coverage.
