We are thrilled to announce the release of the new Asphalt Roller Training Course, brought to you by the Alabama Community College System’s Innovation Center’s Skills for Success team! This training is the result of countless hours of hard work and dedication, and we can’t wait for you to get rolling. A big thank you to all involved, especially Lewis Tillery, who served as our subject matter expert, and Chris Stricklin with Dunn Construction for the onsite filming opportunity. By reviewing, completing, and providing feedback for this course, you’re not only helping us improve the quality of the training, but you’re also playing an important role in filling much-needed positions throughout Alabama as we prepare to launch this course statewide. We understand your time is valuable, but we assure you this course will be well worth your effort. The course is designed to be engaging, informative, and, most importantly, applicable to real-world scenarios that participants will encounter on the job. The online portion should take around 4 hours to complete (maybe sooner). 

To be able to offer this course statewide – we need your help! We need at least 75% of the task force to complete this course by March 1, 2023. And don’t forget, your feedback will help us continue to improve and refine the training in the future.

Step 2 – Once we receive the completed form, we will register you for the course and send you a link! Once you have completed the theory portion of the course, the lab plan will then be accessible. 

Step 3 – We need your feedback 😊. After you have reviewed the course and lab, we will send a link to a questionnaire for you to provide us with crucial feedback needed to launch statewide.
