Valerie Koon joined the AGC of America team on October 29th as the new Member Experience and Event Registration Coordinator. In this role, Valerie serves as AGC’s primary customer service contact, dedicated to providing support to members, prospective members, and chapters. She will also support AGC’s conferences and events by assisting with registration and addressing inquiries related to meetings. Valerie has already started connecting prospective members with chapters. Please feel free to refer members to her if they need assistance with login issues or have general AGC of America questions.
Valerie is a recent graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Health Services Administration. She brings a strong background in customer service, program management, and international service as a former Peace Corps volunteer in Sierra Leone. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, traveling, and exploring new destinations and cultures.
