Attached is a draft General Application Special Provision (GASP) for the 2022 Standard Specifications for Highway Construction.  This GASP includes new Federal requirements that have been added by the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA).  Please review and provide any comments using the attached Comment Form.  Due to the urgency of implementing these changes, please provide your comments by close of business on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.  The finalized version of this GASP will be included in proposals in the January 27, 2023 Project Letting.
