 It has been a busy couple of weeks in employment law with new regulations from the FTC, DOL, and EEOC,
plus a new Supreme Court opinion on discrimination.
Hand Arendall Harrison Sale prepared an Employment Law Alert covering these updates, which include:

(1) the DOL’s increased overtime exemption salary thresholds (for which litigation is expected);

(2) the FTC’s ban on non-compete agreements (for which lawsuits are already pending);

(3) the EEOC’s regulations governing accommodations for pregnant workers, and

(4) the Supreme Court’s recent decision on Title VII discrimination that clarified the standard for actionable harm.
