The Alabama Department of Transportation will issue a Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP) to obtain Proposals from firms (Design-Build Teams) interested in providing Design-Build Services for the West Alabama Highway Project (Project).
The cost of the project, in full, is estimated to be approximately $775,000,000. Funding for this project is secured through state funds only. No federal funds are anticipated for the Project.
