For those who have not yet seen the new general application special provision (GASP) for Liquidated Damages, it is GASP 22-LD0001 and went into effect January 1, 2023. You can read it at the file HERE.    There is a big change in that most of the ranges of contracts have been combined, and there are now only three. The bulk of contracts should fall into the $200,000-$10,000,000 range.
