The series will provide valuable resources to contractors interested in the Inflation Reduction Act’s (IRA) $300 billion in new and modified tax incentives meant to spur and promote green and clean energy investments in the United States.
Under the IRA, contractors must satisfy new labor mandates, including both prevailing wage and registered apprenticeship requirements, for projects to receive full credits. This series will provide an overview of the IRA and the new tax incentive structure, a comprehensive review of the labor mandates, and how contractors can comply with the energy efficient commercial buildings (179D tax deduction).
