Please distribute to your staff and project managers, and the Industry Associations copied will distribute to their members.  In addition, Office Engineer will send out tomorrow to all proposal holders, and we will work with Design to finalize a 700-series note, hopefully tomorrow or Thursday, to include in the February letting sheets so OE can adjust before they sell any plans next week.
